Meet Dariana — CEO & Injector at Tulsa Beauty Space
Dariana is the proud founder and CEO of Tulsa Beauty Space, which opened its doors in January 2025. As a registered nurse with a passion for aesthetics, she not only operates the business but also personally performs injections and treatments, helping clients look and feel their best.
When she’s not enhancing beauty at TBS, Dariana works as a dedicated NICU nurse, caring for the tiniest patients with the biggest hearts. She’s also a proud mom of two — a boy and a girl — and is married to her husband, Jose, who keeps Tulsa Beauty Space running smoothly behind the scenes with his handyman skills.
Dariana brings warmth, experience, and a personal touch to everything she does — creating a space where beauty meets heart.
Meet Our Medical Director — Dr. Jeff Nance!
We’re so lucky to have Dr. Nance as part of the Tulsa Beauty Space family! He’s a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with major brains and heart.
He started his journey with a B.S. in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M (whoop!), followed by research at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, and went on to earn his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. After completing his Anesthesia Residency in Lubbock, he’s been practicing in Texas and Oklahoma since 2005.
Dr. Nance now practices at Integris Baptist Medical Center in OKC and brings his expert knowledge and passion for aesthetics to our team after training with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
When he’s not in scrubs, he’s hanging out with his wife Trista and their three kids — Tori, Noah, and Knox — doing all the outdoor and water activities! Oh, and they’re huge Aggie football fans!

Meet Monica — Our Nurse Practitioner!
Say hello to Monica Greer, APRN-CNP — the friendly face you’ll see during your Good Faith Exams here at Tulsa Beauty Space!
Monica has been a nurse since 2008 (boss moves!), and after earning her Master’s degree in Nursing from Maryville University, she’s been rocking the urgent care world since 2022 — and joined the world of aesthetics in 2023.
She brings years of medical experience and a down-to-earth vibe that instantly puts you at ease. Monica’s also a wife of nearly 20 years, a proud mom to two amazing kids (15 and 11), and a fur mama to Tess the tiny pup and some fluffy backyard chickens — aka the “fluff butts!”
On her days off, you’ll find her glamping and kayaking the Illinois River with her family in Tahlequah. We’re so lucky to have Monica as part of our TBS family!
